We wish we had some better news but, as you know, COVID-19 continues to spread. We're available online so you can shop as much as you want, but there will be shipping delays. We are fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. Once it’s been shipped out, please refer to the chart below for when to expect delivery.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not available for Saturday delivery. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or cancel the order. Our warehouse processes the orders immediately.

Bahimi is committed to delivering beautiful products with great service every time you shop with us. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we accept unworn/unwashed items within 14 working days of the delivery date.

If you choose to return an item, please do take care of it whilst it is in your possession. Return item(s) must be in their new and original condition along with your proof of purchase.

The Bahimi tag and hygiene sticker must still be attached. Returns will not be accepted without the tag(s) and hygiene sticker. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear.

Please note that our Returns Policy excludes the following:
- Products that have had the tag(s) removed - Products that have had hygienic sticker removed - Products that are soiled - Product is not in its original packaging - Sale items

If you return a used or damaged item or an item with missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

A full refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
